Cat-a-log of 2025
My degoogled Pixel uses syncthing over the LAN to sync photos with Photoprism on my home server. The vision module of Photoprism then recognizes objects and adds labels and captions using ollama with qwen3-vl LLM that are running on my workstation (it has the better GPU).
I search for cat year:2025 in Photoprism, put the images into the img/ folder, write this text, and build static pages with hugo. With that, the only time I need a connection is to put it online.
It took me almost four hours to compose this publication and realize that it was made locally.
